It looks like my weight has dropped to the high 150s. This is significant for me, since I have hovered around 168 lbs the last ten years or so.
My weight loss is a function of my 2007 goal to cut my waist to 31 or 32 inches (what it was in high school). My waist has been declining, though I haven't reached my goal yet. My goal wasn't to lose weight per se, just to reach my waist goal. But I obviously have lost some weight in the process.
My only concern is, have I lost any muscle during this weight loss? My strength levels on major lifts have remained the same, but I don't think strength and mass are 100% correlated. I wish there was an easier way to track body composition over time, short of going somewhere each week to get body fat measured. Perhaps one of those Tanita body composition scales?
