A Nice Workout
It was a nice sunny day in Vegas today, and I couldn't bring myself to go indoors to the gym. Plus, it had rained earlier, which makes for good barefoot running. I grabbed a 25 pound plate and headed down to the local soccer field for a workout.
I did a number of sprints, even a couple of slower sprints holding the plate. I then did a few exercises with the plate, lifting it off the ground and overhead, and carrying it around the field. All in all, a nice little workout that sure beat going to the gym.

Just curious, what does your regular gym workout look like?
What do you eat in a typical day?
I like reading your blog so keep it up=)

My average gym workout has been pretty simple of late: a couple sets of dumbbell rows, deadlifts, and shoulder press. Sometimes I add in bicep curls or crunches.
For breakfast, I usually have a fruit smoothie - juice, blueberries, blackberries, strawberries, raspberries, and a bit of egg protein. Lately, I don't eat lunch and instead just graze on nuts and salad during the day. Dinner is usually rice and vegetables, or meat and rice and vegetables. Rice isn't Paleo per se, but I feel better with some starch.
Thanks for your interest.
