How To Lose Weight: 2 Month Update

I thought I would give an update on my status via the How To Lose Weight page.  This morning I weighed in at 155 lbs, which is exactly what I weighed two months ago.

My weight has stabilized as it’s getting dark earlier, and hence I’ve shifted my most of workouts to the morning.

As I’ve written about before, I think exercising after dinner is effective for losing weight, while exercising earlier in the day is less effective.  So the earlier sunset has pushed me towards weight stabilization so to speak.

  3. Eating late at night before going to be can really add the calories on. If you have time to do some exercise after your evening meal then I think it’s a great idea. Thans for sharing. Let us know how you get on.
