I am shifting my running focus towards Lee Saxby's program. I have written about it before. The good news is that is online and free!
My only addition will be that I will add the Maffetone element of low heart rate training. Therefore, I plan to keep under the heart rate threshold while doing the Saxby drills and also during the actual running.
I have to say, running has been an elusive mistress this summer. It's gone well in spurts, but I'm looking to find something sustainable for the long run.
