This is a list of products I’ve used that may be helpful to others.
Supplements
As far as supplements, I try to keep it simple. I use three primary supplements: fish oil, vitamin d, and a multivitamin. Depending on a person’s situation, all three may not be necessary. As far as brands, I take:
- Fish Oil – Nordic Naturals or Eskimo-3
- Vitamin D – Carlsons D Drops
- Multivitamin – Nature’s Way Alive Multivitamin
Two other supplements I use sporadically are designed to improve gut health. They are:
- Prebiotic – Inulin FOS by Jarrow
- Probiotic – GoodBelly or in pill form Jarrow IBS
Books

Shoes
Barefoot is best, but most people need to wear shoes on a day-to-day basis. It’s difficult to find a good pair of shoes for work or casual wear. Proper shoes should be thin, flexible, and have a wide toe box. For dress shoes, I use:
