2009 Year In Review

I certainly did a lot of investigating in 2009.  I met a number of interesting people, and tried lots of things.  I got to meet Esther Gokhale, Paul Gagne (a posturologist), and Erwan Le Corre.  As far as techniques, I tried the Alexander Technique, Feldenkrais, and Myofascial Release.  I learned something from each person and each technique that I experimented with.

Other highlights include:

Overall, it was a solid year.  Physically, I feel good except for some lingering low back pain that I'm still working on.  I would have liked to have completely eliminated the back pain, but it hasn't happened so far.  I will continue looking for a solution.  I am persistent.

In general, it was a good year in the more important ways.  I am gainfully employed, my family is healthy, and so life is good.  I feel fortunate and blessed.

I wish everyone a great 2010!

Appreciate the work. Keep it up.

  2. Magnet therapy might be a good supplement to the body work you received. I found it so in my case so I started a web site to share what I learned.
