Tonight’s Workout 03/07/09

Inspired by some baby deadlifts, I went down to the garage and did some deadlifts myself.  I worked up to a peak set of 3 reps, with the heaviest weight I've done in some time.  I focused on keeping my knees externally rotated, to allow my pelvis to be in the right position.

I followed up the workout with a walk around the neighborhood.
